I've not been submitting work to Deviant Art due to a number of reoccurring copyright infringements and theft of my work, originating from this site. I'm shocked by the lack of protection for artists on here, the staff seem unable to enforce any form of copyright law.

Really disgraceful.

How do you expect to promote exciting work, when in sharing it with the DA community, it is automatically subjected to rips and bastardisations.

- All existing examples of copyright infringement. There are many more, but for some inexplicable reason DA staff are unable to remove them. I've provided links to the originals - and if any admins would care to browse my gallery, they'd see very clearly that all works belong to me.

To clarify, for anyone who is thinking about ripping my work and submitting it as their own: ALL photography on lithiumfx.deviantart.com and www.fayethomas.com is the copyright of Faye Thomas and MAY NOT be reproduced, sold, published or used without permission. If you wish to reproduce my work on third party websites please contact me first - faye@fayethomas.com, or you WILL find yourself in violation of copyright law.

Respect the artist. Don't steal.
